Athlete Bio

You can never tire from watching Greg Illingworth ride his bike. He goes fast, does big gaps and really, just makes BMX riding in general look good! Hailing from South Africa, Greg comes from a place where BMX wasn’t that popular so he had to create his own scene and develop a style all his own. With this do-it-yourself approach and hard work Greg has made his impact in the BMX world. He also makes some of the more creative videos out there like his Make it Happen project where he traveled the world with a group of riders hitting some unique spots. Now Greg calls Hastings, UK, home, where he spends time coaching the local youth BMX scene at his local The Source Park!
